I have not spoken with anyone from AJIA and/or occupants from this property since 11/8/23, but Gabe and Matthew
may have more information. CW does show a new permit for a new exterior stairway (which is the required exit

stairway from the 2 floor) and sign permit for a warehouse. An updated floor plan would be a good idea.

Subject: 702 Fairfield St. AJIA
Do either of you know anything about this address. We had met with Ryan from AJIA a month or two ago about this
property and if I recall correctly we had asked them to provide us a floor plan of each floor of the building along
with what uses were currently utilizing each space. Ryan told Lisa that Matthew had told him that the building was
all ok, whatever that means. They had removed a set of stairs on the east side of the building and then rebuilt it
without a permit, which prompted us to reach out to them to see what has been going on in the building. We have
limited records of the building, so we had asked them at that time to provide a full floor plan, like we did for Plant
Therapy. Please fill me in on what has transpired since my last meeting with them.
