Granted by the Twin Falls City Historic Preservation Commission, as presented, on December 11,
2023, to Ajia LLC whose address is PO Box 106 Twin Falls, ID 83303 for the purpose of facade
improvements on property located at 702 Fairfield St W.
The Commission has attached the following conditions which must be fully implemented to avoid
permit revocation (City Code Section 10-13-2.3):
1. Subject to site plan amendments as required by City Code.
2. Approval of this HPC request does not preclude the applicant from obtaining the required permits
and/or licenses needed to complete the project.
