We plan to replace all the old metal doors with new metal doors and painted black. n
We plan to repair and maintain the existing piaster walls with existing color.

We plan to add a redwood staircase to the second floor on the North side of the building, because the
old staircase was torn down by the previous owner.
We plan to add an accessible concrete ramp up to a door on the West side of the building.
We plant o replace the TPd and'asphalf shingle roof with black metal"to match the existing metal'portion
of the roof.
We plan to replace to rotted wood and metal siding that was in disrepair with a dark brown metal siding
on the hack portion of the building.
All exterior brick portions of'the building will remain the same.
