I did have a response from the commission chairman about the application and he said
professional renderings would be helpful. While he appreciates the need for the
improvements, what has been provided would not be sufficient enough for him to
make a decision.

Hi Lisa, we would like to get on the schedule for December 4th. We will work to have a new drawing to bring with us
then.

Ben,
Please let me know by Monday, if you still want to be scheduled for December 4,
2023. I will need a couple days to prepare the staff report.

Ben,
I do understand, however, the request for the building on main was for signage and
to install wood siding over a portion of the building entrance, it did not require as
much detail and the information provided was sufficient for the commission to make
a decision. When this building had a window converted to a door the application
included architectural drawings.
This request is for much more significant changes and involves an entire building.
You are more than welcome to present the information as it has been submitted on
December 4, 2023. Staff will still recommend architectural renderings prior to making
their decision or to deny the request.
Regards,
Lisa

I did the two renderings in photoshop to the best of my ability. That is what I did for our building on Main. We're
trying to avoid hiring a 3rd party. Will my renders not work?

Good Afternoon,
After reviewing the re-submitted application with my supervisor, he asked me to
follow up to verify that this is what you want to submit to the Historic Preservation
Commission to review. If so, I will work on getting the application scheduled for the
December 4, 2023 meeting, but staff will be recommending that they request
architectural rendering prior to making a decision. Please let me know how you wish
to proceed.
