Good Afternoon,
We met last week to discuss your project at 2345 Orchard Dr E,the Private Islamic Cemetery
Subdivision.
At your request I have asked the Planning and Zoning Director if any of our requirements have changed
since November when we met last.
According to knowledge and code requirements from the Planning and Zoning department, all
subdivision requirements are still applicable as discussed in November.
I've attached the meeting minutes from our last meeting so that everyone is up to date.
As a clarification to our previous minutes, Orchard will need to be rebuilt to centerline along the
property frontage.
Also,the review fees you are seeing from the planning and zoning department, are subdivision review
fees.
In the spirit of the fee, rather than charging you an additional $25 per lot,they are willing to charge this
as a 1 lot review for the preliminary plat.
I understand that you are concerned that we are calling this a subdivision when you do not believe that
a subdivision is necessary.
If you would like to discuss further, I have included Jonathan and Will from the planning and Zoning
Department, and Nicole from our legal Department who are all more familiar with the requirements for
cemetery subdivisions.
