We are going thru our older permits and noticed you never received a final inspection for a certificate of occupancy. We
are scheduling final inspections for each City department to help facilitate compliance with goal of issuing a certificate
occupancy.
Building Safety Department items:
1. Please stripe ADA parking/offloading stalls and install ADA parking signs as shown on the attached plans
2. Please provide a day/time for inspection access to inspect inside the building.
3. Please verify emergency lighting, exit signs, panic hardware, handrails, drinking fountains, etc. are installed.
The other City departments are on this email chain and can provide their inspection items for you.
