We just met with the Islamic Cemetery again today.
The owner of the land s?ll believes that their cemetery is not required to be a subdivision and we believe that this
cemetery should be a subdivision.
They are interested to have an update on the City A?orney’s opinion on this issue.
I’ve a?ached Brian Hilverda’s le?er to me on this topic.
Knowing if you agree or disagree with this le?er will allow us to proceed with this issue.
Please let me know your opinion on the validity of this le?er. \\
I’ve included Will and Jonathan to keep everyone on the same page.

Bruce and Nicole,
I received this yesterday.
I believe the city is s?ll of the stance that this cemetery should be a subdivision.
I don’t generally get into land use however, I just review submi?ed plan sets and let P & Z make the land use decisions.
I don’t really know what to do with this document at this point.
