In order to better process this request or locate records that pertain to the requested documents,please provide further information that may help narrow the scope of the search in order to locate the intended documents. You may call or email the department that may have the information to better understand what records may exist pertaining to this request. The City Shop does not facilitate the purchase of tires for city-owned vehicles. Additionally, we do not track the purchase of tires separately from other repair and maintenance costs. To provide all invoices for tires purchased by the city would require several hours in addition to the two free hours you are afforded for a public record request. If you would like to amend your request, we can provide invoices for the time period you are requesting for the vendors that we typically use for tires. Unfortunately, these would be all invoices and not just for new tire purchases. You would have to look through the invoices to determine which ones are for tires.
