* Officer Kemp has done a great job of learning the RMS and paperwork needed to
do the job.Officer Kemp rarely has reports rejected for corrections.Officer Kemp
has gotten comfortable with report writing and her PC's and gets them done in a
timely manner.
Goal* Increase her experience with DUI investigations.Continue to become confident in
her decision making skills.

the yearly evaluation.
* Officer Kemp had been working on getting more experience in DUI investigations.
Due to call load and other things outside of her control,she hasn't been able to
focus on it as much as she would like. Officer Kemp will continue to get experience
with DUI.
Highlights from your talk with the employee:
* Officer Kemp brings a positive work environment to the squad. Even though she
hasn't been a member of the squad for a long time, Officer Kemp has fit right into
the culture of the squad.
Officer Kemp feels comfortable coming to her fellow teammates and supervisors
with questions or when she needs assistance.Officer Kemp was encouraged to
continue to work on"being brilliant in the basics."
