QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO, a municipal corporation, does
hereby convey, release, remise and quit claim unto IDAHO FROZEN FOODS,
INC. , a corporation, the following described real property , to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot Five (5) of the
Chamber of Commerce Industrial Site Subdivision, in the
SEI/4SE'/4, Section 17, Township 10 South, Range 17 E. , B. M.
thence N. 0'25' E. for a distance of 115.4 feet ; thence
S. 71111 ' W. for a distance of 27.75 feet ; thence S. 0'25' W.
for a distance of 106.56 feet ; thence S. 89146' E. for a
distance of 26.3 feet to the point of beginning, Twin Falls,
Twin Falls County, State of Idaho.
Said property having been vacated by Ordinance No. 1361 of
said City.
