Implementing new transportation solutions in a community is very exciting but comes with many challenges,including intense scrutiny from the general public.Twin Falls has the opportunity to build the first City-owned
roundabout in Twin Falls with the Wendell-Filer-Martin Roundabout,and B&N is prepared to support the City through this process.B&N is a national roundabout leader and has experience bringing the first roundabout

SCOPE CHANGE CONTROL I Our experience helping communities implement their first roundabouts will help
us develop a comprehensive and robust scope from the start. Molly will work with AC to clarify the project's
expectations and needs.Once NTP has been issued,the project will be carefully monitored through regular team
meetings and Project Manager check-ins,during which potential concerns or changes will be identified before they
become delayed or cause rework.If changes to the scope,schedule or budget are required,Molly will immediately
communicate the need with AC and present a recommendation for how to move forward.No scope changes will
be executed until approval from AC is obtained. Molly will maintain a change log documenting any changes or
significant decisions.
SCHEDULE&COST CONTROL I Molly will work with AC to develop the project schedule. Molly will monitor the
schedule and budget using B&N's internal project management software, Project Gateway. This software lets
