Kingsbury Chief of Police Twin Falls Police Department (208) 735-7209 W- ,9 From: Michael Egan < Sent: Friday, May 3, 2024 10:07 AM To: Craig Kingsbury<ckingsbury@tfid.org> Subject: Records Request 109 [EXTERNAL SENDER] My Last email accidentally sent before I was finished. Hello, Not sure if you are the person I need to talk to or not, but maybe you can point me in the right direction. My name is Michael Egan and I put in a request for access to the records for any police interaction at the address 564 Lochsa Rd Twin Falls ID 83301.The individuals that live there as far as I know are my parents Bryan and Heidi Egan and my younger siblings. I moved out in July of 2020 and my parents cut off all communication with me due to me choosing to communicate with other relatives they dont like. Its been almost 4 years since anyone in the family has heard from them. I dont want to bother anyone if I dont have too but I wanted to make sure everyone was still ok especially my 2 adult siblings Amber and Kody Egan. I know theres been at least 2 welfare checks called in by other family members in the last 2 years so I was hoping to view the records of those checks but the response I recieved said that my request was denied due to it being an open case. It listed 17 different case numbers so I was a little concerned is there really 17 open cases involving my family and are they all still ok? Any insight you could share would be appreciated Thanks Michael Egan
