DESCRIBE IN DETAIL WHAT DAMAGE OR INJURY OCCURRED:
Since the new water line installation to apartments on Hankins and Kimberly Road,and Oasis,along with PRVs,etc.Our water heater was
acting weird. Then on the 9th,there was water in the drip pan. The plumber couldn't say for sure that this had anything to do with it going
out,but I feel the constant change in pressure was the issue that caused the rupture/crack/leak. The water heater was installed April 2016
and until all the construction surrounding us,we hadn't had an issue. I appreciate your reviewing and response to this claim. Thank you,
