Good evening Nathan!
Just wanting to let you know that the smell has come back again really strong. I noticed that you took the scrubber
away. Are you planning on bringing it back again?
Do we have a long term solution for this?
Sorry to keep bugging you!

Hi Deanna,
Thank you for letting me know when there are odors around your house. We are working on a long-term
solution, but we also recognize that the temporary fix of having the odor scrubber in the area helps to
reduce the amount of odors. My plan is to move the odor scrubber back to your area next Wednesday
rd
(August 23). Please continue to let me know if the odors are bad.
Thanks,
Nathan

Hello there! Just wanted to follow up and let you know that the smell is still unbearable on our street.
We live on a Canyon Rim Road. We cannot stand to be outside at all for extended periods of time. Can
you tell me what is the plan for this? It seemed to do better when you had your machine down the
street from us. Anyway, we can bring that back?

Good evening. Just wanted to let you know that the past couple days the smell has
been terrible On our street. Can’t even spend much time at all outside. I have seen the
odor machine down the street from us, and that it has been taken away. It seem to be a
little bit better when that was there, but it has been absolutely terrible the last couple
days. Are we still working on a long-term solution?

Good evening… Just wanted to make you aware that it is extra smelly
this evening outside of our house. We can’t even stand to sit out on our
back porch because the smell is so strong.
Hoping that this situation is being resolved.

Deanna,
Thank you for letting me know when the odors are bad.
The city is working toward a solution, but the continued
information when odors are at an unacceptable level
helps identify where the source is coming from. When
the topic of odors is brought up at a City Council
meeting, I will inform you ahead of time.
Thanks,
Nathan

Good evening Nathan!
Just wanted to let you know that we were away from
the house tonight and got back about 9 o’clock or so
and our house was filled with a sewer smell. It actually
smelled way worse inside of our house than it did
outside which hasn’t been the case. I just wanted to let
you know. The smell is absolutely terrible! I’m hoping
the City is trying to do some thing about this.

Thanks so much!

Deanna,
Thank you for informing me about the
bad odors around your house at 794
Canyon Rim Road yesterday afternoon.
The City is working to find solutions that
will mitigate these odors. I do
appreciate being notified when the
odors are at an unacceptable level. I
keep track of these complaints to
compare with other data we collect.
This information helps the City work
towards solutions.
