The smell was hydrochloride and I had concerns for my
information to help outdoor pets as I thought of notifying the police thinking it might
be a neighborhood meth lab. I proceeded to investigate the
determine source of
neighborhood but the intensity was so strong I had to go inside.

My throat was inflamed the next morning as a result of the 20
minutes I spent out investigating. I am familiar with the different
odors of this community, this was as intense as any I have
experienced to date.
