Imad,
Here is a recap from our meeting today. The City has received complaints about dust and debris from people using the
unpaved parking lot. We need to get the current project of the new building and site improvements finished soon. It has
been 4 years since the beginning of the project and it appears the building is being used.
We had sent you an email in July, however it was sent to an old email that you no longer utilize. It was the only address
we had on file and we understand these things do occur. Now that we have made contact we will work towards helping
you bring the property into conformance.
Here are some things we need from you:
1. Timeline/work schedule for paving the parking lot. As you stated in the meeting, Christiansen Construction has
been contracted to finish the parking lot. Please have them provide a rough schedule of the work so we can
observe the progress and close out the code violation you received.
2. Timeline/Work schedule for installing the landscaping. As you stated in the meeting, Kimberly Nursery has been
contracted for the landscaping. Please have them provide a rough schedule of the work so we can observe the
progress and close out the code violation you received.
3. The alley work will be done on a separate schedule as it is in the Right-of-Way. Please have your contractor
contact Erin Steel to set up a meeting to discuss this work as there are some special site issues that may need
some attention, particularly the sewer manhole and some grading issues.
4. The issues relating to the building were enumerated on a correction notice from last year. Jarrod Bordi will reply
to this email with those items so you may address them promptly.
If you have any questions regarding these issues please do not hesitate to contact me.
