Learn why this is important \[EXTERNAL SENDER\] So ideally, I'm looking to do setbacks like this: 5 ft on Addison, 5 ft from the alley, then the other two sides as 20 ft and 15 ft there. The right side would be classified as front yard, and the 15 ft side would be classified as backyard. Let me know if that would be acceptable. After purchasing the lot, the architect would set those setbacks as such. And again, I'm confirming if a dwelling is acceptable as well on that lot since it's R-6. Ideally, I would like to set a 5 ft setback from the property line on the Addison side. On the right could be classified as backyard, and then the front would have its setback. I've made a simple mock-up to give you an idea of the layout. Mr. Travis Rothweiler has indicated this is residential R-6. I just want to confirm if I would be able to place a dwelling on that lot as indicated. Please send me any drawings you might have for this property so I can have an architect place the building according to the rules. 2 3 4
