Learn why this is important \[EXTERNAL SENDER\] I have reached a deal with the owner. Now I just need clarification from Planning and Zoning. Will, would you have some time tomorrow, the 18th, to meet in person so I can get a clear idea of what can be built and get a clear picture on the setbacks? I would like to stop by at 12 or 1 to talk in person, or whenever time works for you, just to confirm the setbacks and what is acceptable to build on that lot. I'm writing to inquire if you've had a chance to review this property and could confirm its zoning status. Specifically, I'd like to know: 1. Has this property been zoned for commercial or residential use? On Sun, Sep 15, 2024 at 12:02 PM Arnel Culum <arnelculum@gmail.com> wrote: Mr. Spendlove, I'm interested in this lot. Parcel ID: RPT0001029006B Address: 448 Addison Ave Square Footage: 5,978.70 I need to confirm that the land is zoned for residential. From the zoning map, it indicates that it is. I need to determine if a house can be built on the lot. I also need to know how planning and zoning handle irregular lot size setbacks 2 I'm guessing I would have to come before planning and zoning once the architect completes the drawings. I've also made a request for the plot map so the architect can try to stick within the rules. I've mocked up what I am interested in for your reference and attached some images. It would be a single-story house with similar setback rules to The Fillmore Inn alongside Addison. Access to the property would be through the alley. I want to know your objections and if this is achievable before committing to a purchase. 3 4 5
