Is that the yellow region or the green region? What is the buildable area of this land? What is the biggest size wood shed I can put on this land without a building permit and with no foundation in Twin Falls ID? Could that be a residential? Could that be an office if it meets all the requirements in the code? I'm still collecting data ... The objective is to get the job done while I comply with the city code and do it with the lowest possible cost. My question is with following the current city codes, at most what area of this land would be buildable. I need this number to get an estimate of the final cost of building an office on this land. How long it takes to get an answer about the decision of the city in regard to variance and special use permit for this land. I need this date to include it in my agreement with the land owner. ( I made the agreement contingent to the city approval) I'll be in touch with the city to make sure I comply all the time with all the requirements until the work is completed. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow at 03:30 PM. Hope I can bring and submit my request by that time. Sincerely, Behn 3 4 On Mon, Jun 3, 2024 at 12:22 PM Will Klaver <wklaver@tfid.org> wrote: 5
