Trevor,
I went back and reviewed this email and realized I didn't reply to those ques?ons not answered by Travis. I apologize for
the late reply. The Engineering department would be the primary contact for the signal ques?ons - I would defer you to
the City Engineer, Troy Vitek, who is copied on this email. However, I can provide you two maintenance agreements we
have with ITD. They are a?ached.
Troy,
A?er a quick review, I could not find the traffic signal agreement referenced in the ITD maintenance agreement, so I did
not a?ach it. Perhaps you or Jesse can find it and forward it along? Thanks!

Mr. Root,
Good a?ernoon. I hope this finds you well. I wanted to quickly respond to your email on your ques?on specifically about
the denial of your request. The determina?on made on which public records can be released in reviewed by the City
A?orney, Bruce Castleton. I have included him on this email. He would be a be?er source to answer your ques?on on the
denial. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further ques?ons.

Josh,
Can you help me with a public records request that's been denied? I a?ached the request. My first request also asked for
the current signal ?mings, which is the only thing I received in the prior request.
I'm looking for any engineering report that supports that traffic signal phasing and ?ming of intersec?ons along Pole Line
Road, specifically Fillmore/PoleLine.
I'm concerned that the phasing and ?ming may not be in accordance with current codes, and would like to review any
engineering designs/reports for this intersec?on. Considering the high crash frequency of this intersec?on in par?cular,
I'm hoping there's been an Engineering Design or Safety Study conducted recently, or one currently in progress.
Does the City have any studies, design documents, engineering reports, computer models, or anything to substan?ate
how the signal phasing and ?ming has been set?
Do you know if ITD has jurisdic?on over the signals on Pole Line Road or does the City have jurisdic?on through Idaho
Statute 49-202(20)?
Has the City adopted the ITD "Idaho Supplementary Guidance to the MUTCD" document for signalized intersec?ons in
the City?
Thank you,
Trevor Root

Trevor Root,
This request is being denied as it is a duplicate request. Request
#127 was completed on 5/7/2024 and an email was sent to the email address provided with a link to the files associated
with the intersec?on of Fillmore and 4100 North.
Sincerely,
City of Twin Falls
