The following events occurred this year that required PD security. I emailed Janie about these events too.
Canyon Rim Classic Soccer Tournament – 21 hours
Hispanic Latino Festival – 24 hours
Canyon Rim Fall Classic Tournament – 12 hours
Hawkes Cornhole Tournament – 22 hours

Dusty Solomon submits the Laserfiche form to let me know what to bill the schools for football games, dances, etc.
For non-school events, I’ve mostly received emails, but I’d prefer everyone to submit via Laserfiche instead of email, for
consistency and reporting purposes.
The attached report shows everyone I’ve billed for Security in Springbrook from 10/1/20 to today:
1
School District – several items 2020 to 2022
Western Days – 2021 and 2022
Canyon Rim Classic Soccer – 2021 only, nothing for 2022
Crazy Days – 2021 only, nothing for 2022
If there are any other events that should be paying security, please let me know.
Please submit the LF form for Beerfest this week so I can record in the proper fiscal
year. https://forms.tfid.org/Forms/PDSecurity
Thank you,
Janie

Casey,
I'm curious. Do you know if we have now paid for city security, times news thank you ad, and postage for thank you
cards? And what was finally paid for sales tax? No hurry. Just trying to clean up the budget a bit more for Jennifer to
make it easier for next year.
Thank you,

Ok I have combed through with the information I have. Michelle's edited formulas should help answer a few
questions. I do not have any info on tickets for beer (in addition) sales or t-shirt sales. I think some of the cash for
silipints (and possibly shirts and extra beer tickets?) could be lumped in the door cash OR the silent auction cash. So
that said, that is why the number is weird I believe. I think a more structured cash outsystem for every point that
takes money in some way shape or form would be helpful for the treasurer and chairs managing the budget going
forward. A simple one page sheet to track so that regardless what bank bag the cash ends up in, that we are clear on
where it goes in the spreadsheet. The tickets purchased through the club are in the bank as I know I handed Casey
money at meetings but do not have good notes on that. I do have written down who and how many but I don't
remember if they were cash or check payments. Ice bill was smaller so that is the "returned/unused" piece. I think I
have answered most of the questions John had with Carrie's help but I very possibly could have missed something. I
went through and put a green color in the box for every verified total.
Hopefully this is closer to where we need to be to finish out the month financial reports. Please let me know how else
I can help. I have attached the Aug 6th reports for square to verify what I am seeing too for double check on finances.
There are a few silent auction items that processed through after and the totals are in the bank deposits. I am just
unclear on whether those are in the total number Carrie has or not (on the budget).
Double, triple, quad check me please :)
Thanks team!
