I started to look at it then got called away to Buhl to help with their homicide case. It’s been crazy busy. I’m back at my office today so I’ll see what I can find. Below is the link to the test environment. https://informrmstest.tfid.org/InformRMS/ Kathy From: Keith Lazarus <keith.lazarus@centralsquare.com> Sent: Thursday, February 24, 2022 13:29 To: Kathy Markus <kmarkus@tfid.org>; Tracy Bramwell <TBramwell@tfid.org> Subject: Test Case \[EXTERNAL SENDER\] Kathy & Tracy, When you get a moment, would you please have a look at the following item in the Test environment? https://rmswebuiiistest.tfid.org/InformRMS/evidence/property/4eeb34c8-de1c-4c82-b8ba-e06160f83f11 (Barcode I.00007529001, if you want to retrieve the record via the Evidence Tracker) A few things to note: - I’ve changed the statuses on this item to reflect that it was destroyed. - I’ve added a Chain of Custody event. Note that many of the details will be incorrect – my primary concern right now is ensuring that the item now longer shows as being held at the Property Room. - If, from the Chain of Custody, you click on the “Comments” link, you’ll see that I’ve added a comment to include additional details that I found in EIS that may not have a natural home in ENT RMS. I chose the “comments” functionality instead of “remarks” since comments provide for more “viewing area”. So, the questions I have right now are: - Does this item show as in your custody still or is it gone? 1 - What is the test that you’re using to determine this? I’m working on cleaning up some of the other fields right now. Once we get to the point where we can reliably flag records as having been released/disposed/auctioned/etc, I’ll apply the script to the remaining records in test.
