I don’t remember Becky or Amy ever mentioning it, either, so maybe it’s just an issue in the UB module. Today I’m cold. Below is a screenshot of the dreaded red cross that Angie and Rosa get probably 2-3 times as week. It means that Springbrook has locked up and you need to restart your computer, losing your work. Yesterday Rosa spent most of the day working on a project and lost it all around 4:00 – ugh. Rosa tried to track the problem down awhile ago. Our IT department said it was Springbrook and Springbrook said it was our servers. Shortly after that she was in a group training session, and it came up. All the participants said they have the issue too. It’s not our servers. Last week Rosa was working with one of their support team members on an issue. The lady said they were all working from home. She was having a hard time helping and said that she needed to call Rosa back. She needed to run over to her brother’s house because her internet was not working very well, and he had a better connection. She was able to help from her brother’s house. My gut feeling today is that people are leaving Springbrook and the last ones out the door may be in trouble but I’m probably overreacting. Tomorrow I will send another missive on why we would be crazy to want to switch to someone else. 1 Brent Hyatt Assistant Finance Director City of Twin Falls P.O.
