Do you want to reach out to the Housing Company and ask them if the cost of the public improvements was included in
their budget estimates? I think this could be sold as a “roadway project” and not a just a “housing project”. When I
mentioned it to Ruth, she was more supportive.

The cost was really just an eyeball estimate based on past projects of similar size and type. At this point the costs of that
road could be even more than that. Prices are crazy.
