Sure, I think that’s a great idea. I’ll be curious what she tells you. Thanks

Thanks. Do you mind if I reach out to Keleigh to see what kind of substantiation they have for this practice? I’d rather
know the why before we go down that road.

Good morning Breanna,
FYI, here is Shayne’s response to providing First Fed with dates of birth for online banking.
Some of the employees with City credit cards might not be crazy about this . . .
I am meeting with Brent this morning to share the transition plan with him; I’ll ask if he’s ever had to provide that to
Wells Fargo when setting someone up as an online user.
Thanks,
Janie

I think it is a good practice to let the employees know that their DOB will be used.

We would eventually transfer our credit cards to First Fed, too, so anyone with a City Credit Card would need online
access; and we’d need to supply their DOB, so that does increase the volume of employees. Not sure if that will affect
your thoughts, but wanted to make sure you knew the full scope
Thanks

Subject: Question about online banking users
Good afternoon Shayne,
Finance has decided to move away from Wells Fargo bank and set up accounts with First Federal.
Wells Fargo has online banking, and members of Finance and UB have access. They will need the same access with First
Fed’s online banking system
First Fed requires the name of everyone who will need access; and their date of birth.
Can we release DOB to First Fed for online banking? Would we need the employee’s permission first?
These are 8-10 employees who will each receive varying levels of access.
Thank you,
Janie Higgins
