I was thinking about that. Fortunately I put $36,000 in as a placeholder and it looks like it will be close to that. I may go
to $40,000 since prices have been crazy and to be on the safe side.

Yes, that would be correct. Just remember prices can change over a years’ time. So, if you want to add a buffer it’s up to
you. I think the price will be good though.

Thank you for getting back to me! If we decide to do the 2 lights in front of the building, would adding an extra $8,000
make sense to be on the safe side.

The cost to replace the 6 lights is $25,000.00 this will create better coverage in the parking lot and over the pool deck.
