You can proceed how ever you want, I’m doing what I believe to be the correct thing to do. Like I said you will need to make a decision if you want to issue a title and description. And fix up any issues with the petition. Once that is done ?? then this will be a conversation with the county elections on what they will accept. They might say yes we will accept Docusign Or they might say no ?????????????????????? I will see your job again is to make a decision if you want to issue a title, description and fix up the petition it’s not to have a debate with me about the law lol ??????? I’m not a lawyer What blows my mind is you can’t determine if those people are handicapped, who knows ?????????????????????? maybe they can’t write ?????? for what ever reason, do you know if they are using a computer to help them fill it a form ?????????????????????? This is why county elections decides if these are valid, they have methods to verify if residents of twin fall’s want this to proceed. The initial signatures do not count towards the total, it is only used to gauge if there is an interest in the issue , example would be let’s say in my initial portion I had something crazy like each resident will also get life time supply of Mountain Dew ?????????????????????? those signatures would not count. I believe I have provided what you need, more signatures will be dropped off by Lijah ?? I believe she had 6 people stop by and sign the petition in her store 1 We need to have a title and description and the the petition fixed by the city lawyer (you :) so the real work can start. I believe you are required to your job because it appear that more the 20 individuals living in twin falls have indicated they want this. I am assuming that you are potentially participating in disqualifying citizens of Twin Falls. By potentially not providing county elections all of the notarized documents. please stick to your job and provide the information to the county elections office, that I have Provided to the city, ?? If you feel that you are not required to issue a title and description that is your call. ??????? I’m still not certain why you choose to do that but I can’t change how you react. Your entire packets were 2 submitted to the county and two of the three physical signatures were verified. If you are providing a partial notarized document to the county electrician that might be illegal. Please note that I am providing all of the forms that people have submitted even if they appear to be disqualified. This is because of transparency who would disqualify submissions would be the county not you ????????????? I’m not sure why you think you have anything to do regarding validation, that is the county job not your ?? As I mentioned before, electronic signatures (the google forms) are void and could not be counted toward the 20 required. A copy of the petitions and signature sheets will be kept as a public record (IC 34- 1801B(10)) Further, I would just point out a couple of things that are glaring. 1. At least one of the people who filled out a google form is from Buhl and your affidavit says that you “believe…that each signer is a qualified elector of the city of Twin Falls. In this case, that person’s google form is void, so there is no issue. 2. You still have two issues on the petition. As outlined in IC 34-1801A(1) you need to select “one (1) subject and matters properly 4 connected with it.” Best, <image005.png> <image002.png> Shayne T.
