Hello Amy,
You both could sit in this Wednesday. Wednesday afternoons are usually busy, but it is hit and miss. It can either be
super quiet when people observe or beyond crazy. You could sit an hour or so and then switch, as one person is
calltaking/Fire and the other is PD. PD is by far the heavier radio traffic.
I’ve included Heather and Emily on this message, as they will be working.

Candy asked if I could schedule a couple of hours for the new transcriptionist to observe dispatch next week or possibly
the week after? I would also like to accompany her as I have never seen how anything in dispatch works. Could we
schedule for maybe a two-hour observation? Please let me know if this might work and when something like that would
