In preparation for the upcoming One City Training, I wanted to reach out and see if you have a copy of your Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) results from the assessment you took previously (possibly 5+ years ago). If so, could you please let me know and bring it to class with you? If you do not have it, there are two options available: 1) Confirm that you are comfortable with your previous type results, please let me know and I will print a report with the same type, or 2) You can take the assessment again – please see the instructions below If you want to retake the assessment: Please follow the link below to begin the assessment. There are also some tips on how to get the most out of your experience. Be assured that the assessment website you'll be using meets the highest standards of privacy and security—responses and personal information are secure. The Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) is information for you to use and the training is a guide to show you how to understand and utilize the information. Here’s what you need to know:  The session—including the registration process—will last between 30 and 45 minutes;  it’s best to finish the session in one sitting, but if you need to stop part-way through an assessment and resume it later, you can; don’t over-think any assessment items; select the responses that seem most natural and comfortable—“listen to your gut”;  be honest about who you truly are (not who you or possibly others think you should be)—your responses are completely confidential; and even if questions seem repetitive or a little confusing, please try to respond to each one. This short video may also be helpful as you prepare to take the MBTI Assessment.
