I would like to discuss this sometime early next week with you two, and return a signed copy to the contractor (If you
agree that it is a good proposal). I think this is a good idea to help make sure we comply with the manufacturers
warranty requirements. Also, I think it will help us avoid preventable failures in the various roofing systems we have.

I apologize for not communicating with you more timely. I’ve been authorized to work with you for a once a year
inspection of our entire roof. Can you modify the attached proposal? I should be able to get it signed and back to you if
you can change it to a once a year inspection.

Hi Matt,
Please see the attached proposal for details about what work we do while onsite and will include a full report with
photos and recommendations for each section.
Option 1 is for Elite Roof Maintenance program for roof sections 1-4 including the JM & visual inspection of the barrel
metal roof. We are authorized to do repairs on JM roofs. There will probably be times we can’t access the barrel roof
due to ice or weather conditions.
Option 2 would be Elite Roof Maintenance but only sections 1 & 2 which were installed by Upson and are GAF.
It makes sense to have us proceed with option 1 since we would already be there. Please select your preference,
sign, and send this back to me.
