Sorry for the delay, yesterday was crazy. I was able to edit the form moving Larry to Senior Operator and giving him a
4% raise based on where he was in on the salary table. You should see the form come through as approved next week.

Hey Kristen, I think I see what I did wrong on the form. I think I highlighted the first box correctly ( Demotion, promotion)
but down on the form I didn’t check the box for Promotion, just the one that said salary increase??
