Patience will definitely work both ways! We always have great plans of kicking out requests and then something crazy happens and we all get tied up. Crime has been up this summer for certain, keeping us all so busy. What is the name of the person you are training and what is her email so we can be familiar with her name and email address when we begin getting requests from her? I'm even training a new girl, so we should be able to get on track. Unfortunately out here, we don't get notified of how things are being done downtown, so we make it up as we go. I totally understand being behind also. I'm in the same boat from being alone and now during the training process. I'll be super patient with you if you do the same for me. LOL. We will get through this together! ????? Thank you so much for your help with getting this out. I really appreciate all you ladies do for us. Juanita D. McCullough Legal Assistant/Victim Coordinator for: Janice Kroeger, Sr. Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Juvenile Division 208-733-7966 From: Shirlene Aguirre <Saguirre@tfid.org> Sent: Tuesday, July 5, 2022 4:05 PM To: Juanita Mccullough <juanita.mccullough@tfco.org>; PD-Lab <Lab@tfid.org> Subject: RE: HOLDEN HAMMOND LEN#22000153 First, we are so sorry we missed this drug request. We just plain missed it. We will pull it and we are scheduled to go this week. We used to have “old school” printed out drug request forms that were filled out for drug testing. I know it’s two emails for your office, but it would be helpful on our side to send a “drug test request” email for those cases. Unfortunately, it does get missed on our part when the drug test request is added to the bottom of digital evidence request. We try to catch them, but there are days we get a 12-45 requests a day between your office, Grant’s 1 office, public defender’s and outside attorneys. When we get behind on requests, as we are now, we are just so used to the prosecutor’s requests being for digital, that we miss the juvenile misdemeanor drug testing requests as we are trying to kick out evidence.com links. I am not trying to make excuses. Let us know if it is feasible to send drug requests separately. Do we need to do something different in our request? I'm happy to do what I can to make it more noticeable in the future. Can they please be sent now? We are still in court on one of the kids and another was just returned from diversion.
