The font size varied so I made it consistent, Georgia 12 pt.

Pg. 6 – last para = with the removal of a parcel (per Shawn’s email) the acres and parcel numbers
changed.

Pg 9 - Do the following numbers/amounts/percentages change with the removal of the Gould parcel?
- Study Area (326 acres – 75.78%) remains
- Four of the parcels reflect this condition

- Thirteen (13) properties representing 404.85 acres
- Three parcels reflect
- one (1) parcel within the Study Area is landlocked
- and one of the major parcels is connected to Washington Street
- Pg 12 - 11 of the properties representing 78.5% of the acreage
- Pg 12 - The other 3 parcels reflect
- Pg 13 - Six (11) of the parcels
- Pg 13 - there is one parcel that
- Pg 13 - one large 40-cre parcel has limited 20-foot frontage,
- Pg 17 – 10% Analysis info and table
- Pg 17 – last table – does the Southwest RAA amount or percent need to change?
Page 10 –Table 2 = Do any of these numbers change with the removal of the Gould parcel?
Page 14 - Criterion #13: Results in Economic Underdevelopment of the Area. The South Park area in Twin
Falls .. is “South Park” ok here or should it say “Southwest”?
Page 16 – “In sum, “ - should this be “In summary, “ ??
