From my reading, it makes it sound like we’re locked into 3 years and can only decline to renew a?er that. And do you think there’s any way we could get the TruPoint quote in wri?ng? I think Ma?hew, my IT Manager, and legal will all need to take a look at the license agreement, so send that over when you can, and I can get that going. The only things I know so far that need to be in there is that it cannot be more than a 3% annual increase, and it needs to have some sort of exit clause: Non-Appropriations Clause. The City of Twin Falls will make every reasonable eﬀort to appropriate funds to fulfill this contract, however, Idaho law prohibits the City of Twin Falls from committing funds outside each fiscal year. In the event no funds are appropriated for this agreement the City of Twin Falls has the right to terminate this contract without penalties of any sort.
