He was recently prosecuted by Nicole Swafford for illegally firing a firearm in city limits and destruction of property. He threatened to and then killed a neighbor’s cat and he is furious both with the outcome of the case and also with the City’s (lack of) response to the feral cat problem in our community. While he did not make overt threats to anyone, when I told him he may not be able to meet with the Mayor, he told me he would come to City Hall in person 1 and make a lot of noise and be a real problem for us. I didn’t feel as though he was making a threat of violence. I think UB is who he will come in contact with if he does come to City Hall. I told him I would see what I could find out, and I got the distinct impression that not calling him back would only add to his anger and frustration. However, I don’t know what I would say to him that wouldn’t make it worse regardless. Brad Archibald th 345 5 Ave. East Twin Falls, Idaho 208-32-7461 I am leaving in a few minutes, but feel free to call me on my cell (208) 420-3971 if you have any questions.
