I checked your upgrade status and it looks like you’re not eligible until the end of September. I do have a phone here in
IT that we can swap the sim into that I am hoping will resolve the issue and keep you up and running until September
when we can order a new one. I am available today from 3-4 or Monday anytime. Let me know when is a good time for
you to stop by so I can make sure I am at my desk.

I am sitting in my office and I have no data service again. My phone goes straight to voice mail. I have my personal cell
phone, Verizon network right next to it and I have 3 bars of service. No idea what’s going on with the phone. This phone
has definitely proven to be inconstant and unreliable if someone needs to contact me.

Yes I did when I got back last Monday. I got a new SIM card. I will see how it works, although the connection wasn’t that
great when you and Lt. called me on Friday and I was driving on Idaho St.

Simon is on vacation tomorrow, so it will probably be next week when he gets back to you. This has been an issue,
though, for a while. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. I attributed it to the issues we have at South Hills
Middle School, but today it was happening in places where it should not be happening.
We appreciate your help.

I was driving to the PD and dispatch tried to forward a call to me. I looked at my phone I had no data service again. I
remember it usually dong it every once in a while but now it was twice in one day. I am not sure where to go from
here.
