I started looking at it and from my records requests and what's available online, I don't see any u?lity drawings for the restrooms, there are no frontage improvements, there's no trip genera?on or traffic impact calcs, Pole Line Road E at the connec?on is only about 19 feet wide, there's no property lines shown on the drawings, no electrical and site ligh?ng, and the list goes on. Is Engineering/Public Works/Buildings going to have an opportunity to comment on this project and ensure it meets all the standard of care items and protects public health and safety? If this is just a bid process from Parks to get a CMAR or budge?ng es?mate or something, that could be understandable. Let me know. Thanks, Trevor Root 1
