For those involved in yesterday’s incident at CRHS, the case number for the report is case # 23000866
Please make sure to do your supplement one of two ways:
- BWC Only Supplement (Use this one if you have BWC video yesterday)
- Incident Supplement (Use this one if you DO NOT have BWC video yesterday)
Both of these will require a narrative as we would like everyone to do a dictation to document their response and
involvement.
