Hello Ben, I have a?ached our response to your request. I have also a?ached a revenue alloca?on area plan that doesn’t
show up on the website, Orchard Drive East. I believe we previously submi?ed this plan, and I no?ced that the Tax
Commission’s website states it was last updated on March 1, 2022, which explains why it is missing.
On the agenda tonight for our City Council mee?ng is the approval of another new alloca?on area, Old Towne-2. If that
plan gets approved, we will appropriately no?fy the State Tax Commission.

Good morning,
As part of the Idaho State Tax Commission’s requirement to maintain a central registry of all Urban Renewal Agencies
and their respec?ve RAAs, I have a?ached a le?er for you to complete with any modifica?ons to the urban renewal
plans currently on our registry. Please complete this le?er for your URA and its RAAs and return to me by Friday,

December 1. This is an important step for documenta?on of modifica?ons made to urban renewal plans and ensures
that all changes are made publicly available.
We are aware that our website changes in the last year have resulted in many broken links on the UR registry, so we’re
trying to get those updated & fixed. We appreciate your pa?ence with this and would also appreciate any assistance you
might be able to provide (correct links, etc.).
I don’t need to receive a physical copy of this le?er mailed to me, a signed digital copy is sufficient for our records.
Please note that there are penal?es for failure to annually submit changes to the central registry. Thank you for your
coopera?on and please let me know if you have any ques?ons.
