Thank you. That is good news, and I am glad that Amy is s?ll wan?ng to work in the role she is assigned.
We need to go through the process to finalize the posi?on, as outlined in our personnel policy. We may need to post the
posi?on internally for a few weeks. I will let the HR team define the process.
Will someone set up a mee?ng to make sure that we all understand the next steps. We need to talk about what we
intend to do with the administra?ve posi?on on this floor that will may become vacant. We also need to make sure that
we are communica?ng with Amy about the process so that she is not surprised.

Amy, Mat and I have had a few conversa?ons with Amy and can a?est that she is very happy in the posi?on and role
that she is filling. There are a few things that are underperformed for the Finance department – no ?me to do vault work
(this is not ?mely, but important overall) and has some sugges?ons on a few things that take ?me, like licensing, that
she would like to entertain moving if there ever opens up a spot in another capacity (but she has no sugges?ons as of
yet).
I can schedule a mee?ng with who you think should be involved to solidify answers to your ques?ons if you would like?

I just wanted to touch base and ask to develop a plan for moving forward. Travis has given me the points as part of our
conversa?on.
1- He and other CM office members are thrilled with Amy in the roll and would be pleased if she also wishes to
con?nue.
2- A follow up conversa?on with Amy needs to occur to determine if she is also interested in staying in the roll.
3- How has this arrangement worked for Finance and the responsibili?es she has for that department?
4- What does the internal/job pos?ng process look like and when would it run?
