They were investigating a homicide and said that the Verizon service was terrible. The CradlePoints also went off and on all weekend. I also heard that the personal Verizon phones were also acting up and not receiving calls. Do you have any insight on what was going on? Is the problem corrected across the board? We are signed up for update notices and I did not receive any, so I have no information to provide to the end users. Please research and let me know why they were experiencing their issues.
