Request Details:
In an effort to determine whether or not the Preserve Park project protects the public safety, health, and
welfare, and in order to contact the design consultants with concerns prior to initiating a formal inquiry
with the licensing boards or other agencies, I seek the following information:
1) The Executed Agreement/Contract, Scope of Work, Scope of Services, Proposal and any other
documents that describe all Engineering, Architectural, Landscape Architectural, or similar consultant(s)
services to be performed for the design of the Preserve Park Project near the intersection of Pole Line
Road East and Eastland Drive.
2) All Invoices submitted by the Consultant(s) for the design of the Preserve Park project.
3) All Questions submitted by bidders for the Preserve Park project.
4) The contact information for the primary design Consultant and, if applicable, any City employees with
responsible charge over aspects of the design.
