Hello everyone,
I wanted to give you an update on the progress that I have made regarding the West Harmon Tennis Courts. I have
a?ached some more proposals from Renner. They got back to me late last night. I have also reached out to contractors
for spli?ng up the work. To replace the three courts in asphalt it would cost:
Asphalt - $221,793
Fence - $48,580
Surfacing - $35,000-$40,000
Lights were not in any proposal, however Jon did give me a price for replacing the lights/ligh?ng system out there. It
would cost $85,000.
So, my ques?on is this….what do you all want to do? I think we need to have a mee?ng sooner rather than later and
discuss the different op?ons, now that I have all the informa?on needed. I will set the mee?ng up.
