Dear Twin Falls City Attorney and Mr. Castleton:
I am writing from the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho. The Department of Justice
received the attached complaint, addressed to the Twin Falls City Council, regarding architectural
barriers in and around the City of Twin Falls.
Attached please find a letter from our office, informing you that we have opened an investigation under
the Americans with Disabilities Act, and requesting information on whether and how Twin Falls has
addressed the concerns identified in the complaint. We have also placed the letter in the mail. If you
