Please be aware that the Civil and Landscape drawings included in this set are being issued separately as an ASI for the Site Only Permit package issued last February, which is why their title blocks look different and you’ll see clouds on them. The Training Facility building will occupy this site that is currently in construction. For cohesion, I included all civil and landscape sheets despite only some of them being included in the ASI. We have many of our electrical and IT rooms combined, so interference is not a concern. The electrical stub outs are for the future portion, from what I could see on the plans is that the ceiling is hard lid so in the future we would have to surface mount conduits and cut sheet rock so we would like them to be installed in the finished walls and ceiling for a much cleaner install. I’m out next week but when I get back we can chat about these items. I have included Kathy and Rich so you can also contact them. I have asked Michael to review your notes and quantify any additional cost that may be incurred from what Starr had priced, most recently. We discussed the request to move the electrical panels to the south wall. The only way this would be possible is to remove the dividing wall between the IT room and the Electric room. This was not recommended/desirable because of the potential for static interference. Was there a specific goal in moving the panels to the south wall? Maybe we can relocate them or IT equipment to the mezzanine level?...as real estate on the main floor has been accounted for. Another question was regarding the note \[same sheet\] the conduits stubbed out for future ‘build out’. Are you just referring to Phase II? Were you wanting these to run through the demising wall into the Phase II space?
