Good afternoon. I hope that you are well. Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks of the compliments. We are pretty
proud of the work that we have done to date in Twin Falls. We still have more to do. I truly believe our bets days are yet
to come.
The past few days have been crazy, I am going on vacation next week. I do have some openings from on the morning of
September 12 (from 9:30AM to 11:30PM) and on September 14 (from 11:00AM to 3:30PM Mountain). Let me know if
any of those windows work in your schedule. Connecting with Teams/Zoom is perfect.

Travis, you manage one of the best cities in the U.S. I was so impressed the first time I drove through the town that now
it has become one of my top investment municipalities.
Accordingly, I like to contribute to the community by keeping Twin Falls a great destination and enhancing the
experiences both locals & visitors will have in town.
I am not certain, but we may have had a zoom meeting a while back when I was acquiring the Bridgeview land. It would
be great if we could have a teleconference. Please let me know if this is possible and if so, provide your availability.
