\[EXTERNAL SENDER\]
Hi Jared,
As you know, the state has removed the requirement for a master electrician license to be a
contractor. This is very frustrating for those of use who put in the time and effort to obtain that
license. New contractors are springing up like crazy, undercutting established contractors, and
generally running amok. Therefore, I have decided to start reporting folks breaking the rules. Here is a
contractor working at the old blip printers building on 2nd and blue lakes. They appear to be out of Las
Vegas and operated as "ASD contracting" or A solar difference". They are likely working without permits,
may not even have a contractor registration, and are advertising to do plumbing and electrical among
other things. I don't know if this is something you are interested in or if you even have the ability, but my
thought is that since the licenses are now so easy to get, hopefully folks will start being interested in
enforcement of the remaining rules.
