Mitch,
A?ached is the site plan for the work at Harmon west tennis courts and the updated es?mate for the work.
We had budgeted $190,000 for the project, and let it go into reserves.
This plan is a good hybrid and does the right thing. This gives us a total of 5 courts at Harmon, which is good for HS use
as well as league play, and gives us a few more pickleball courts to spread out the love. The total site plan fixes that
awkward space off Locust that isn’t really a parking lot and creates an issue by the dumpster. We don’t have numbers
for the expanded parking lot and vendor pad, and recognize it wasn’t part of the original project.
Not sure what our next step should be. I recall you had asked to see what the updated project and numbers look like.

\[EXTERNAL SENDER\]
Stacy,
A?ached is an updated proposal to include the requested op?ons for a single tennis court with 8 pickleball courts and a
2 tennis courts with 4 pickleball courts op?on. These are shown as the last two build alternates on the proposal. The
exis?ng courts sit in approximately a 140’x120’ footprint. The two new layouts would require larger footprints,
180’x120’ and 169’x120’, as a result addi?onal rough grading would need to be completed outside of the exis?ng court
footprint. This addi?onal rough grading cost is not included in the proposal as I was under the impression the city would
be handling the demo.
There is also an op?on to add ligh?ng to these two new configura?ons, the provided ligh?ng will work for both of these
layouts. The ligh?ng package shown on the proposal is for ligh?ng fixtures, poles and brackets only, it does not included
materials or labor for installa?on.
Let me know if you have any ques?ons.
