Good evening Troy,
I was able to go through and reformat the entire Design Manual. It now has the consistent numbering that you wanted
although some of it may need adjustment. I do think I made it easier to adjust either way. I’ll attach the one I was
working on, and it is also in the same folder you and Kristi had it in. It will be the newest draft in there. I was also able to
go through some of the comments, but I couldn’t address most of them.
