It was reported that the driver le? the vehicle and went into the store a?er hi?ng a parked vehicle. The repor?ng party suspected that the driver was intoxicated. Officer Smith and I found the driver as he was returning to the vehicle. Officer Smith performed SFST's and determined that the driver met the criteria for arrest. Thanks to Detec?ve Kelly and Josh Rivers for taking the ?me to conduct a DRE evalua?on and the blood draw. It was established that the driver was under the influence of narco?cs and a depressant.  Records clerk Carrie Wiltsie provided me with informa?on about Noreen Jordan (Price), whom she has spent a lot of ?me talking to in our lobby over the last few years. Noreen has been assisted by an individual named Bre? for the past five years, including help with rent, daily phone calls, taxi service, and overall well-being. Bre? wanted us to know that Noreen will be evicted from the Capri Motel on July 1st, and he will no longer be able to assist her. He is worried that she will deteriorate rapidly. Bre? is also taking steps to obtain a court order to have her commi?ed, as he believes she is unable to take care of herself. He asked me to share his phone number in case it is needed in the next few days: (208) 490-0009. I have informed the mobile crisis team about the situa?on, and they are working with Bre? to help in the best way possible and are aware of the upcoming situa?on.  At 3:52 PM, Officer Shobe and Cyr responded to a shoo?ng incident at the Creekside Trailer Park where a male subject was found with a small amount of blood coming from his right elbow and a small hole in his lower back. Despite no eyewitnesses and lack of helpful video surveillance footage, Detec?ve Cpl. Mickelson visited the hospital to speak with the vic?m and concluded that a pellet gun may have hit the vic?m.
